Tarrant County, TX – A former teacher from North Texas invited a 16-year-old boy to move in with her. He did, and within two weeks, they started having sexual intercourse.

Reportedly, they had sex over 40 times. She also got a tattoo of the boy’s name on her body.

A former Killough High School teacher in Lewisville, Alainee Simonson, was arrested on Friday, December 13, by the Grapevine police department. She was reportedly charged with sexual assault of a child and having an improper relationship with a student.

She’s accused of committing the crime in 2022 and 2023 while she was a teacher for the Lewisville Independent School District.

Simonson denied the allegations in an interview with police, according to the affidavit.

The student, who was unnamed in the police report, had filed a complaint and reported the assault to the Grapevine Police in September 2024. He told the police that she invited him to come live with her family in Grapevine, as he was living with his uncle, who moved out of state for work at that time. His mother in Honduras had given him permission to move in with the teacher.

Two weeks after the victim moved in, they started having an intimate relationship. He reportedly told the police that he had told Alainee on several occasions that he didn’t want to have sex with her. However, he was worried that if he refused, she would use his immigration status against him, according to the affidavit.

Reportedly, she also sent a nude picture of herself to the boy, featuring the tattoo of his name.

In the police interview, she agreed to having the boy’s name tattooed on her body, but she denied all the sexual allegations.

Simonson stated that she has a tattoo of her other child on her arm; she has two children who do not have tattoos on their bodies, police said.

Lewisville ISD confirmed that Simonson was hired on August 2, 2022, and resigned on February 17, 2023. She only worked at Killough High School, the district said.

Grapevine police are continuing to investigate the incident with school officials. Police do not believe there are any additional victims.
