With a new judge potentially overseeing his bail hearing, Diddy’s legal team is betting on a fresh approach in district court. Could this strategic move mean he’ll be out of jail soon?
So a judge has signed an order allowing Diddy to put his second bail appeal on hold while he seeks a new trial in district court. This is a problem, the reason why his lawyers want to go through the district court and not go through with their appeal to the circuit court regarding him getting bail because a new judge is being assigned to the district.
This seems like a corruption, because why are you so confident that this judge in the district is going to hear the bail appeal and it’s going to be more beneficial than him appealing to the circuit court?
Honestly, if this theory is correct, Diddy will be out of jail soon. Former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries, who’s being accused of somewhat similar things, was released on bail with over 30 victims.
If all this is true, Diddy will be out of jail soon and probably disappear.
